Requirements for CSC Computerized Exam (COMEX) Registration

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces the administration of Computerized Examination system (COMEX), as replacement for CSE Computer Assisted Test.

The CSC Comex automates and integrates each step in the administration of computerized exam, making the entire process faster and easier. The Commission plans to implement the system in all regional offices.

CSC Comex will run through Wide Area Network environment where the regional testing centers shall be connected to the central server located at the CSC Central Office.

3-step Registration Process

Create an account in COMEX website (the site is not yet activated.) You need to supply information to create an account, plus a valid email address for confirmation.
You will receive exam notifications in your email which include the type of examination, number of slots, date and time of personal appearance, date and time of examination, and examination venue. You can choose from any of the available examination and reserve an examination slot.
Go to CSC Testing center on your scheduled personal appearance for verification of your identity, payment of examination fee, and capturing of your photo, fingerprints, and digital signature.

Other Exam Details

Only 20 slots per exam schedule in CSC regional offices and 50 in CSC central office.
Present 1 valid ID and printed application form (created during online registration) on exam day.
Computerized Examination Fee: P600
Difficulty, items and time limit of Comex is the same with CSE Paper and Pencil Test.
